Refund & Exchange Policy

After-Sales Policies

No Exchange or Return for Opened Products

To ensure safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened.

Return for Manufacturing Defects Only

If you receive a product with a defect or damage, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to replace it.

Full Refund for Unopened Packages

If your package arrives unopened and you’d like a refund, please reach out within 15 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item.

Important Note

Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, excluding Sundays. Please plan accordingly to ensure timely delivery.
